Instruction of screen of fengmi leather measuring machine

（1） It’s used to delete the error data of measurement.

（2） It’s used to choose the type of bill ( It’s optical and universal for mode1 and mode 2)

（3） It’s used to set the name, telephone, type of leather, class, color and etc. It is usually pre-set.

（4） Set year, month and date

（5） Set the area in a bale: set the fixed area so that it will print when it reaches the number.

（6） Set the pieces in a bale: set the fixed pieces of leather so that it will print when it reaches the pieces. Max 1999 pieces

（7） Set the number of boxes: set the fixed bales in a box so that when it reaches the number, it will print.

（8） Set the area of one piece of leather: It’s used to select the leather.

（9） Bale number: It is automatically noted when measuring the leather.

（10） Total pieces: It is automatically noted when measuring the leather.

（11） Area in a bale: It is automatically noted when measuring the leather.

（12） Total area: It is automatically noted when measuring the leather.

（13） Correction: It’s used to correct the size. Usually 4 numbers represents an inch. Usually, the size gets bigger when the number gets smaller.  

（14） Set the working mode: At present the optical mode is square meter, square inch, square inch(decimalism), and square inch(biquinary) for fm100 and V1.0

（15） Adjust the ‰. Remarks: when you use this function, please confirm with supplier.

（16） Set the unit price and print the price of this bale.

（17） Set the location of stamping: Usually this is 50, for working width over 3200mm, 70 is better.(It could not be too large or too small or it will cause pause.)

（18） Set the stamping on or off.

（19） Show the result of measuring one piece of leather.

（20） The triangle shows the synchronize system is working. (If it doesn’t appear when you open the computer, it will cause error.)

（21） Show the present area in a bale.
