FENGMI arrange processing methods of real leather and artificial leather

1.Water dyed leather: leather of cattle, sheep, pigs, horses,are dyed of different colors, after sammying by the drum , use leather polishing machine to process it as the soft leather.

2.Spray leather : on the second leather surface, spray different colors and emboss it .

3. Fixing leather: belong to the bad head skin, after polishing, and grinding leather, and spraying , pressed as “ grain “ or smooth leather.

4.Embossed leather: generally selected fixing leather to suppress their pattern . For example, imitation crocodile grain, ostrich leather grain, the bark of python skin, water ripple, beautiful lines, litchi, deer lines, etc., as well as a variety of beautiful, innovative design.

5. Printing leather, like embossed leather, just different processing method, with various pattern is printed first or second skin.

6. Grinding leather: polishing processing, with neat uniform leather fibre ,dyed the color .

7 .Recycled leather: crushing all kinds of animal , adding a variety of chemical raw materials and processing them . The processing method is same as the dermis.The leather edge is very neat, the utilization rate is very high, the price is relatively cheap. But the skin is generally thicker, the intensity is poor, only suitable for ordinary tie rod box.

8.Artificial leather: is man-made leather,on the basis of the textile cloth or non-woven fabrics . It has different strength, wear resistance, cold resistance and color, gloss, pattern design. It has the characteristics of high color variety, good waterproof property, high utilization ratio and low price, but his touch and elasticity are far worse than the dermis.
