I.Product configuration 

spray gun:import from Italy, can choose A10,A11 of Germany .

spray pump:import from Italy , can choose the spray of Taiwan.

Spray chamber: the below coaming, the whole pillar is made by 2.5mm Stainless steel,the above coaming is made by 1.5-2mm stainless steel, internal board for cycling water is made by 1.5mm stainless steel, it has the high end window made by Color steel tile,1.5mm roof board ,fixed frame. The whole machine can made by the stainless steel.

Dust collector :It consists of three parts.2.5-3mm hot plank water box, tank for cycling water.3-4mm dust collector with high performance and big power, opening cleaning door ,a spray , a water curtain ,a cycling sewage pumps,Also we provide with stainless steel box.

Washing the line:normal is washing the single line and the slurry, can select the high end washing machine, and the stainless steel washing box

Dry:steam heating with non-stopping cycling hot wind,infrared heating or heat conducting oil heating 

Dryer, insulation board:50mm environmental and compressed insulation board.Advantage:high strength, good insulation properties,beauty.Manually open the dryer door.

Solenoid valve:import in German, can choose the solenoid value made in Taiwan and Italy.

Spray shaft:imitate Italian technology , double sealed internal atomized slurry spay shaft,select the spray shaft with two kinds of pulp.

Slip ring:10 rings, universal type, the turntable synchronous tracking,it can be ungraded to the spray shift with two kinds of pulp.

Computer: FENGMI 8th generation leather spraying machine computer,adapt to 2-12 spray guns controlling , can be ungraded to 4-24 spray guns controlling .
