Advantage of 3 Points Leather Ironing Machine

1. It is equipped with 3 pressure rollers in the ironing area so that it has 3 points of pressure and super 360mm surface contact area which greatly levels up the ironing effect. 

2. It combines performance of line touch and surface touch: When three points of pressure working together, the roller down performs the line touch effect. When the pressure from the down roller reduces, it performs as surface touch. So there are two way of use in one set of machine.

3. Use super big mirror roller whose diameter is 800mm, the effect of ironing is much better.

4. Computer monitored temperature controlling system keeps the temperature of roller steady and the same.

5. It is equipped with intelligent leather stretching device which can flat the very thin leather during the stretching process such as sheep hide. It guarantees the leather won’t get fold during the process.
